Tempo in Motion founder:
My name is Mike Boyko. I've been a professional rock drummer for several major label bands. I always had a huge passion for golf and would never tour without my clubs. I don't find music and golf to be that far apart, both need a solid tempo.
One frustrating day on the golf course, I discovered that my mind was getting in the way of every shot. I was so focused on every part of my swing that I wasn't able to develop a consistent tempo. I realized that I could apply my knowledge of rhythm from drumming to golf.
For the past year I've been developing a system combining music with what we call the "click pattern", a sequence of beats that act as a guide for your golf swing. The results have been verified with golf professionals around the country. Practicing with T.i.M. soundtracks, I dropped my handicap from 15 to a 2.
