Welcome to The Golf Space Laboratory! On this page I'll be testing new ideas, formats, graphics and other stuff for the site. Things may or may not work here as they're likely being beta tested! What I'm working on right now (1st week of October 2009) 1. Tableless site page. No tables are used. This would make the site "Web 2.0" for what good that is. It will also help display better on all machines and load faster, eating up less web server processing power. 2. New main menu. I'm cleaning up the main menu, adding different sub menus. The big new thing is the "My" menu where all of "My" things are in there... Check it out. 3. Four column layout. I have a new layout where the main content is a little thinner and there are four total columns. Soon (I hope) we'll be able to sell some advertising space in the columns and have TGS start taking care of its own expenses! 4. Misc tweaks too in the "look" and feel. 5. Oh I almost forgot the Tabbed pane on the upper right. This pane will clean up the latest posts, forum posts, blogs etc into a nice little box.
