Well, thanks to the current economy, mostly the effects of rising gas prices, my budget can no longer support playing golf this year.  For 3 months in a row, I've had more expenses than income, and now it's time to trim the luxuries back to within budget, with golf being one of those.  That quest for a single digit handicap will have wait yet another year.

	damn that sucks bad. I'm fortunate that I do some work for my home course and run the men's club there. That gets me on the course with some elbow grease and not having to pay. Maybe you can work something out like that. Many courses will take you on as a marshall in trade for golf.
