Last Sunday's range session E-mail

Well, last Sunday, it was still a bit cold but I decided to go ahead and hit some balls anyway.  ; The wind was a bit easier to deal with than it had been during the first session so I could definitely see that my control was off.  I was continuously pushing to the right of my aim.  Hard slices came into play whenever I'd use a wood and it was difficult to keep anything anywhere close to where I was looking to hit the ball.

Oh well, it's more or less as I expected so at least I know where I am right now.  My arm was a bit sore after about 40 balls which was as I expected.

I have my first full round of the year coming up this weekend with a group of friends that rarely play so it will be a good warmup to the season to get out on a course with those guys and just focus on having fun rather than playing a great game.

I definitely have a lot of work to do though to get my arm back up to speed and get myself back into the place that I left off at the end of last season.
