I want to purchase new Irons. Callaway BB's 04 or 06, Callaway X-18's or Cobra's all are in the price range.

Any thoughts on which would be the better for a new player trying to learn?

	I think that's an impossible question to answer. You need to hit them all and should probably get a fitting done. That way you'll have the right specs and the expert can tell you which is best.

	Personally, I just bought a set of Ben Hogan BH-5 irons. It's a really great set for me as they're very forgiving yet when I hit them well, they're very precise. However, it's impossible to say what are the best clubs for someone without being able to see their swing. It's best to go visit a really nice pro shop somewhere with some club fitting equipment so they can help you.
