I have a question, What is a good hip drill to use, I have noticed that my arms are starting to get ahead of my hip rotation. It has cost me distance and I am starting hook the ball and I think that is what causing it. How do I get it back?
Thanks.

a good drill is to start fresh again. Set up to strike the ball.Make sure all standard fundamentals are covered allignment, stance and grip. .... Now, what I want you to do is rotateyour wrist back to a 3/4 quarter swing to complete your hinge and forward 3/4 swing to complete your club head release. Now add this stay down at the ball untill your left shoulder hits your chin. Then follow through and pretend you are throwing a sack of potatoes over your shoulder and keep rotating your follow through untill your belly button is facing your target. Now put all this in sequence rotate back until your left shoulder is across the ball looking down then follow through but stay down at the ball until your right shoulder pretty well hits your chin keep rotating and throw that sack of potatoes over your shoulders keep rotating until your finnish and your belly button is facimng your target.Keep doing this untill you develop a steady tempo...after a couple days at the range you should be very well back in good timing and your ball striking and distance will be considered amazing to you... Best of Luck PJ
