Man it is hot here now. It was probably over 100 today. Yes it seems like just a few weeks ago I was lamenting over the 200th snow storm. That's Utah for you. It's the only place you have to run your heat and air conditioning in the same day.
The heat is great for my bad back and my not so young anymore joints and muscles. In the 100 degree temps my last three rounds are 74, 72, 74.
