howdy doody from Texas! 2 Years, 7 Months ago
Whats up guys and gals? My name is Tim representing Houston! i cant find anyone else on here from houston though, so i will try to spread the word and get some buddies on here!

A little about me... i have only been golfing for about 8 months or so and i have completely become addicted to it. I am down to about an 8 handicap or so, and its plummeting quickly. I will either be attending Sam Houston State University or Arizona State University to persue a degree in Professional Golf Management. I work at Golf Galaxy, and love the discounts i get there! I am one of the worst putters you will ever meet, so if anyone has any tips on how to improve my putting, i would be forever grateful! Well, thats enough of that!

I look forward to meeting some of you guys on here soon!!

Timmay!!!!!!

To have a handicap of 8 in under a year, wow !

Been playing for years and I'm more than double that

Well a tip for you, that some wise-guy once told me;

Only practice putting with one ball, and practice putting from just 2 feet away from the pin. Make 10 in a row and move back 2 more feet.

Sounds dumb, but it makes you focus like in a round with only one ball, and gives you the confidence you need when putting after putting from so close up.

Either way it can help....
