I wonder if he can still win the fedex cup without playing in any of the playoffs!!??
I was considering going to the ryder cup too but I'm thinking perhaps I just work on getting to St. Andrews instead...

At the rate Phil is playing now...it might be interesting to see how they handle that problem. If they give some special concession to Tiger, FedEx can kiss the cup themselves just before it disappears where the sun never shines!

I don't think he can win the fedex cup, because they reset the points at the start of the playoffs if I remember right.

That is right, but not to an even number like in NASCAR. The reset is determined by the rankings, I think.

The recovery rates from an ACL recostruction are in the region of 90-95%. Given Tiger's conditioning and the fact that he will have been operated on by the best in the business, his recovery is probably nudging 100%.
In England, this injury is common amongst soccer players. The vast majority return to competitive football!
Expect to see the Tiger stalking the fairways soon,
