Who has/does uses a Golf Fitness Program? 7 Months ago
About 3-4 weeks ago I started a golf fitness program and feel I have reaped a lot of benefits already. My trainer at th gym set it up for me. I'm currently doing 2 days a week and trying to practice 3 days a week. Who else has tried a golf fitness program? Do you do the same routine year around or do you change periodically through the year? If you have a program, how many days per week do you train?
