I usually rub a little Gold Bond on and have a couple of shots of JD

On a serious note...ask yourself why do you get nervous. It sounds like you start out with negative karma going on...("what am I going to do to screw up this round". It is only a game...just a simple game. I don't get nervous, because I try to keep my expectations just under the level of my skills.

Try this...the next time you are playing...this goes for anyone of you...pull out your swingreminder you bought from Scott and just concentrated on the shot you have in front of you...not the one you made on the last hole nor the one you think you will have on a hole somewhere ahead of you. Stay in the moment. Second...between shots take a look around...listen to the sounds of God's creatures and enjoy the beauty of his creation. And finally keep a sense of humor...don't be afraid to laugh at yourself.

Well put scruffy and I was wondering if anyone was going to mention my awesome Gold Bond product today!

And as my Godfather tells me...if you not having fun, then it's time to quit! Do not let this game run your life.

Oh! and talk about being nervous...I had my ladies golf clinic tonight (tonight was the driver clinic) and the store was crowded. (GG...there were a couple of hotties at the store. One tall one for you and his friend that was a little shorter for me ) Anyway, I just reminded myself that I was there to have fun, remember what my Godfather said and maybe look good in my apparel and accessory (just kidding) but was hitting them straight and in front of everyone. Each time getting the ball out there and accomplished my goal for the week...increased my club speed from the mid to high 60's to high 70's. A couple were in the 80's. YEA! Ok, who am I kidding. My Texas Tech mug did have a little Gatorade with Vodka in it... and just maybe I pictured my ex's face on the tee and slammed the club into it. Worked didn't it? I feel better.
