ProV1? ProV1x? Nike One Platinum? Top Flite XL?

Without a doubt, Pro V 1x!

I am not sure my ball striking is consistent enough to notice that big of a difference.

I am currently using the pinnacle gold balls my daughter gave me for christmas. They seem to be a pretty good ball, but when I either lose all these or hack them up, I am going to start using all the ProV1's I found over the winter. There has to be some method behind the madness.

I play with my own balls...wait...before you go there, I am talking about Scruffy & Pals balls! I have people all around the world playing with my balls...I even have people who actually think my balls are cute!

People show off my balls on their desks or in a display rack, I even have people giving my balls as gifts!

OK, I know Tony did not start this string to in-site me into making a commercial, but I just could not resist.

I find golf balls to be a bit over hyped; like a lot of equipment...but hey, this is an industry, and there are a bunch of us trying to make a living in it. The truth is there, is not a lot of difference for swing speeds under 100mph in any golf ball. That said, I will admit the Pro-v does seem to come off the face of the club with authority.

personaly i like the Pro v1x. this isnt only because i get them for free. they give them to us on the highschool golf team. they even have our school name printed on them.

I'm a proV1 regular flavor guy. I swear by them. I'll play the X's too now and then but the first couple years they were out they were too hard. I'll play just about any "premium" soft cover ball though like the new TaylorMade TP's, Loco Tour-D's, Revtours and blackmax's, One black or platinums...

I always go back to the ProV1 though.
