Including today's and my previous round, as that's all I have record of, my longest consecutive hole count with one ball is 14. After today's round, my running total is 7, to be continued.

I start a new record tomorrow, if it isn't raining.

Just got back from my Arkansas spring break golf trip. Played 10 rounds in 9 days all with the same #8 pro V1. I put this ball in play the last 2 rounds of 2007 so that is 216 consecutive holes. Needless to say, it is well beyond its best before date and is more than a tad scuffed from the wedges. As an aside, while looking for some of my playing partners wayward shots last week I managed to pocket 3 Pro V's, 2 NXT Tours and a B330s. So Arkansas courses 0 moi 6.

I'm at 30 and counting. BUT you gotta understand that my home course has more lateral hazards than any course I've ever seen, and by a long shot. Many holes you must carry the hazard and there are hazards left, right and long.

I'm not sure I've gone too much farther than 18 holes - I know I've gone at least 18 though... I toss any balls that I scuff with a wedge into the lake though so that prevents me from going too long with a single one... Pro-V1x's are better than most of the Nike balls I've tried to use in terms of scuffing, but I don't expect those to last that long... Last round I played, I had a Pro-V1x last 15 holes though - not bad...

After this past Sunday's round, my 7 hole streak ended at 9 with a bad slice into the woods. Am back to 7 consecutive holes with the same ball again. To be continued.
