My name is Chris and I'm new not only to TGS, but also golf period. I've hit the ball a few times on the range and taken a couple free lessons from an elder gentleman here in town. I already have some favorite local (Gresham area) courses. I'm a proud father of 4 and step father of two. I decided to take up golfing because outside of work and school, I needed some down time to clear my mind.
I visit Madras about every other weekend, so when the weather clears up (and the mountain passes), I will probably be hitting the 9 hole course they have more.
