First of all, great site, love the custom work/integration with Joomla!

Now, I maintain a golf blog of my own, and would hate to have to double post things here. It would be neat if, in the future, one could simply post the rss feed of an external blog, to have the blog entries displayed within one's profile here.

Keep up the great work!

Dude that is a HELL of an idea. Allow each user to post an RSS feed of his choice (wether it be a blog, news or whatever) in his profile. Brilliant.

I'll look into that for sure.

I've done a little research and there's nothing out there right now to syndicate feeds in user profiles with the site engine I use.

But it wouldn't be hard to create it so I may hire someone to do it or take a crack at it myself. It will have to wait until after the stats suite is launched though... That's priority for sure.

Soon though... It's a really good idea.

Woa guess what I found!!!??? Look in your profile and you'll now see a "My Feed" Tab. You can set up one feed which will show up in your profile. I've set it to only show feed titles so it doesn't slow the things down too much...

Try it out. I can parse the actual html and all the posts so they show in the profile but I just fear it slowing everything down.
