If you want to respond to the site news announcement about the 1,000,000th visitor I've started this thread since comments are closed on site articles.

1,000,000 visitors, 2300+ members and i only got 4 points of Karma man what a deal!! Im kidding Tony. Thats a great start. Lets keep the site exciting and pull those visitors back as members. Some one tell me how to reduce the size of a digital photo so i can post it? Pictures of people and the places they play will be a great draw. I have a few i would like to share but cant seem to upload them to the site.

Getting people to use all the features here is not easy my friend. Many can't figure out how to upload a profile photo... OOPS.

There must be thousands of programs which can allow you to resize photos. Do you have iPhoto? If you have a photo program which allows you to dump your photos into your computer, it probably can resize them.

There is a file size and dimension limit so that people's photos don't eat up the whole site or break the site's layout.

The main profile image can't be more than 300x300 pixels. http://www.thegolfspace.com/content/view/1406/100/

Images in the "profile gallery" currently can't be more than 500 pixels wide or tall, or over 256kb in file size to be allowed in the profile gallery. I'm thinking of increasing that to 640x480 though, which is a standard photo size.
