I tried to add a round of 9 holes to the game tracker but it doesn\'t seem to work correctly when it runs the handicap calculation because it tracks the other nine as all zeroes.
Is there a way to specify only 9 holes rather than a full round?

There\'s no nine hole capability per se so the short answer is no.
BUT if it\'s a 9 hole course OR you play only nine hole rounds, you could combine them. So if you play a course that\'s 9 holes, just punch in the same for the front and back and then punch in two 9 hole rounds at a time.

Ok thanks. I just noticed that my handicap didn\'t calculate correctly when I entered only 9 holes into one of the 18 hole courses I played.
Oh well, I\'ll try to play the other 9 sometime and just populate it that way.

That\'d be the way to do it. My local usga section combines nines too. To write in a 9 hole capability into that monster would be just that.... a monster!
