I have to say it would depend on whether your facility is indoors or out. I used both. Outdoors; a nice long range with lots of targets. Grass tees are always the best but take a lot of up keep. A large putting green with a chipping area and some good sand bunkers.
Indoors you should have a least a half dozen stall equipped with video cameras and launch monitors. Obviously netting as well. Here is an example
