I think Tony's "click here to sign up" link is wrong (unless you're already signed up..)
Go here:
http://golf.fantasysports.yahoo.com/golf
click signup
pick a username
then click Join Group
then click join private group
then paste in ID#: 11078 and Group password: masters
Then it lets you view the group or view where you set up you players etc.
Keep an eye out for that eatgolf_com player; I hear he's really good at this
